It finally happened. Bluey, the global preschool icon who conquered streaming, YouTube, Halloween costumes, meme culture, and the souls of exhausted parents worldwide, is heading to Disneyland. After years of fan requests and endless speculation, the Heeler household will make its park debut on March 22 at the Fantasyland Theatre.
Disneyland shared the news in its 2026 event lineup, and the details are adorable in a way that should come with a warning label. The theater will transform into Bluey's school for a new interactive experience called Bluey's Best Day Ever!, complete with music, games, and life-sized recreations of the show's Gnome Village and Fairy Garden. Bluey and Bingo will appear on stage and lead families through activities straight out of the episodes kids watch on repeat until you start hearing the theme song in your sleep.
The best part for parents planning trips. It is included with standard park admission. No special ticket, no extra charge, no after-hours upcharge. You just walk in and let your children ascend to a higher emotional plane.
This addition lands during a packed Disneyland year. The resort turns seventy in 2026, and the anniversary celebration runs from spring through summer. Between that, Lunar New Year events, the Food and Wine Festival, Star Wars Nites, Pride Nite, Disney Channel Nite, Oogie Boogie Bash, and about twelve other themed moments, the calendar looks like it was designed by someone who lost control of the glitter machine.
Yet Bluey stands out.
Parents already treat this show like a holy text. It is one of the only series that entertains toddlers, teenagers, and adults who pretend they are not crying during Sleepytime. A Disneyland experience built around the world of Bluey is a guaranteed hit. Expect crowds. Expect merch. Expect emotional parents pretending it is dust in their eyes.
Disney rarely imports preschool properties from outside the Disney Junior family. Bluey earned this on impact alone. It became one of the most beloved family shows of the decade, crossed cultural boundaries, generated endless viral clips, and taught half the planet how to parent more gently.
Now the Heelers are taking over Fantasyland.
Mark your calendar for March 22. Bring comfortable shoes. Bring snacks. Bring tissues for when your child meets Bluey, and you pretend you are not also having a moment.
This is going to be big.
